|Recommended: YesWe love our apartment. The playground is small but my grand children enjoy it when they come to visit. It can get noisy. A near by dog barks continuously when its family leaves. Other than that we love it here.

|Recommended: YesAwesome complex — I have lived here for a year and I must honestly say that if I was not relocating to a different state, I would reside here until I was ready to buy. Grounds are always clean, staff professional and friendly, specious floor plan, cool tenant appreciation events and goodies. I have never lived in a place that left treats on the door for every holiday and even baskets on the doorsteps of homes with children for Easter. 5 star treatment in every category

|Recommended: YesNew in Town — The parking here is kind of tragic, staff is nice, construction quality is good, the upkeep inside the apartments is less impressive. Parking lot is nice and clean.

|Recommended: YesSatisfied with Richardson Place — Been a long time since I lived in an apartment and wasn't sure how it would be.
The unit is clean, and well laid out. Walls and ceilings a bit thin and living under toddlers running around takes some getting used to. The grounds are clean with the exception of some careless tenants who do not pick up after their pets,
Overall, though, very satisfied.
